Our channels are located on the Libera Chat network, irc.libera.chat:6697 (TLS):

#tox — general Tox user discussion and help with using Tox. KiwiIRC
#toktok — general Tox development channel. Most developers can usually be found here. KiwiIRC
#atox — aTox development channel. KiwiIRC
#qtox — qTox development channel. KiwiIRC
#utox — uTox development channel. KiwiIRC
#tox-gsoc-students — channel for Google Summer of Code related discussion. Current GSoC mentors and students can be found here. KiwiIRC

Note that when you join an IRC channel, your IP address is visible to everyone on the channel.

Connecting either via Tor, an intermediary bouncer or setting a proxy in your IRC client settings mitigates that.
