  * Discuss the TCS in its current state
    *  If any changes still need to be made, assign people to draft them
  * Re-visit the versioning discussion
    *  If TCS can be versioned immediately, do so. Otherwise, decide on a deadline
  * Review pending issues and pull requests, and assign each one to a committee member
  * If another meeting needs to be scheduled, do so
